Q. What is the policy regarding my test results? (ie. X-ray, bloodwork)

Your Physician will call you with any abnormal results, or have one of the office staff call and schedule you a follow-up appointment. If you don’t hear from your physician and would still like to know your results please call the office and schedule a follow-up appointment.

Q. Do I need to cancel if I can’t make an appointment?

Yes. Please notify the office of cancellations as soon as possible so that other patients can be accommodated. Repeated “no shows” for appointments could result in being removed as a regular patient.

Q. How do I get a prescription renewed?

You will need to make an appointment with the doctor in order to renew your prescription. Bringing a current medication list or your pill bottles will help.

Q. What is your narcotics policy?

Narcotic prescriptions will not be prescribed or refilled through our urgent care clinic.
